Road Accident Injuries / TAC - Victoria

Do you have a TAC claim?

If you've suffered an injury as the result of a road or car accident, you'll understand the stress, pain and tragedy accidents can cause. Unfortunately, this experience can often be made worse when dealing with insurance companies such as the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) - the compulsory insurer in Victoria.

If you've been injured in an accident caused by the driving of a motor car, motorcycle, truck, bus, train or tram, you may be able to claim compensation through the TAC.  If you've suffered injuries because of the negligence or fault of another person, you may also be able to sue for compensation.

Our team of 12 TAC lawyers are experts in this area of law and will try to make the process easier for you by providing straight-forward legal advice.  No matter who you are up against, Maurice Blackburn will fight to protect you.
